Two decades ago, I received an Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) scholarship—and it changed the course of my life. That opportunity didn’t just open doors for me as a student—it planted the seed for something far bigger: a vision for what’s possible when schools have the resources they need to thrive.
I founded RedefinED because too many schools were being asked to do more with less—less staffing, less training, less support. I saw the pressure falling on principals and stretched-thin staff, and I knew something had to change.
So we built a new model. One that challenges the status quo.

The Relationship Manager (Account Manager) plays a critical role in helping schools strengthen and grow their financial aid programs, increase participation in state tax credit initiatives, and build long-term sustainability. This position operates within a team-based structure, working closely with an Assistant Relationship Manager and reporting directly to a Regional Market Manager.
